Tesco plc has published a Final Terms dated 1 November 2011 in relation to an issuance under its £15,000,000,000 Euro Note Programme which is the subject of an Offering Circular dated 3 March 2011, which was modified by a supplement to the Offering Circular dated 19 October 2011.
