Director's Dealings

Duncan Soukup, the Chairman of Thalassa, today advised the Company that today he has gifted 500,000 shares in the Company.

Following completion of this transaction, Mr Soukup will be interested in 4,112,571 shares in the Company, which will represent 24.6% of the issued share capital of Thalassa, based on 16,738,855 shares in issue.

The equipment is temporarily installed on the back of a platform supply vessel for the purposes of acquiring data.
