Offer for Subscription Extension

The Board of Downing ONE VCT plc announces an extension of the Offer for Subscription that launched on 12 December 2014. The Offer had previously been scheduled to close on 30 April 2015 but has now been extended to 3 p.m. on 30 June 2015 (unless previously fully subscribed or further extended).

As the Offer has now raised close to its initial capacity of £10 million, the Board also announces that it will use the over-allotment facility, which increases the capacity of the Offer to £20 million.
