Supplementary Prospectus dated 15 January 2024 (the "Supplement") relating to the £15,000,000,000 multicurrency programme for the issuance of Guaranteed Bonds, with Thames Water Utilities Finance plc as the issuer and Thames Water Utilities Limited and Thames Water Utilities Holdings Limited as the guarantors (the "Programme").
The Supplement should be read and construed in conjunction with the base prospectus dated 12 October 2023 relating to the Programme (the "Prospectus").
