ARTISAN (UK) plc EXPANDS INTERNET/IT PORTFOLIO WITH 6% STAKE IN INTERNET
COMMERCIAL PROPERTY AND DATABASE DESIGN GROUP
 

Artisan (UK) plc, the AIM listed housebuilding, property development,
contracting and property refurbishment group, announces that as part of its
policy of investing through its Artisan Internet/IT Portfolio in more highly
rated market sectors which may provide better returns to shareholders, it has
purchased 608,750 ordinary shares of 1p each in CPD Online PLC at 60p per
share, representing 6 per cent of the total equity.

CPD Online PLC develops and maintains interactive online internet databases
for use by some 70 leading UK commercial property agents marketing properties
on their websites.
