The following replaces the 'additional listing' announcement that was released
at 12.55 p.m. on 7 December 2000 under RNS number 4198V. The text should read
that dealings are expected to commence on 11 December, rather than 7 December
as previously stated. All other details remain unchanged and the full amended
text appears below.
Artisan (UK) plc ('the Company')
Additional Listing - replacement
Application has today been made for admission of 3,000,000 new ordinary shares
of 0.5p each in the Company to trading on the Alternative Investment Market.
These shares have been issued pursuant to the exercise of the conversion
rights attaching to Loan Stock in Artisan. The shares will rank pari passu
with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. Dealings are expected to
commence in the new ordinary shares on 11 December 2000.
