The Company is pleased to announce the appointment, with immediate effect, of
Mr Martyn Freeman, aged 42, as an Executive Director of the Company. Mr
Freeman is also currently a director of Artisan (UK) Developments Limited,
Artisan (UK) Properties Limited and Investment in Heritage plc.

In the last five years, Mr Freeman has also been a director of the following
