In accordance with s 324 to 328 of the Companies Act (as amended), Mr Michael
Stevens, the Chairman, has notified the Company that Aspen Finance Limited, a
company in which is beneficially interested,  has today purchased 500,000
ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.15 percent. of the issued share
capital at 3.5 pence per share.



Following this transaction Aspen Finance Limited  is interested in 72,166,667
ordinary shares representing 21.97 percent. of the issued share capital.
