ARTISAN (UK) PLC DISPOSES OF ENVESTA PLC SHARES
The Directors of Artisan (UK) plc are pleased to announce today they have
agreed to dispose of their balance of 2,685,265 shares in Envesta plc, being
11.35per cent of the Envesta share capital. Artisan has retained the voting
rights of these shares at the forthcoming Envesta Extraordinary General
Meeting.
The disposal of shares over the past year has shown Artisan a profit of £
1.8million. As indicated at the time, Envesta was a short-term investment
once the underlying Bickerton businesses were sold to Artisan approximately
one year ago, and the shell renamed Envesta plc.
