The Company was informed today that Geoffrey Smith, Finance Director, has bought
100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 3.25p per share.

As a result, Mr Smith now holds 3,032,744 ordinary shares, representing
approximately 1.7% per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company.
