Further re investment in Franco Manca restaurant franchise

The Board of Fulham Shore is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement on 2 October 2013, the new franchised Franco Manca restaurant on Tottenham Court Road, London, is now open.

The directors of Fulham Shore continue to review and explore other investment opportunities in and around the London area.

The Company expects to announce its interim results for the six months to 30 September 2013 later this month.
