Placing to raise £660,500

The Board of Fulham Shore is pleased to announce that it has raised £660,500 (before expenses) through a placing of 13,210,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each (the "Placing Shares") at 5 pence per Placing Share (the "Placing").  The Placing Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the ISDX Growth Market on 25 February 2014.

The net funds raised in the Placing, in addition to the cash already held by the Company, will be used by the Company for the identification and acquisition of, or investment in, restaurant businesses, in line with its investing strategy.

The Directors of the Company, including their families and connected persons, have subscribed for 5,200,000 Placing Shares and their interests in the Company are now as follows:

Total Voting Rights

The total enlarged issued share capital of the Company on admission of the Placing Shares to trading on ISDX will be 83,508,600 ordinary shares of 1 pence each, with one voting right each. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 83,508,600. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
