Resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting held on 21 July 2010


At the Company's AGM held today all resolutions were duly passed.

A copy of the resolutions concerning special business passed at the meeting and a copy of the new articles of association adopted at the meeting have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority, and will be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
