Annual General Meeting

The Directors announce that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General
Meeting held earlier today were duly passed with the exception of resolution 10,
which was defeated on poll. Resolution 10 proposed that the Company be
authorised to repurchase up to 14.99% of the issued share capital.
