The Company announces the appointment of Jane Tozer as a non-executive director
with effect from 13 June 2005.


Jane Tozer is a non executive director of JP Morgan Fleming Income & Growth
Trust plc, Retail Decisions plc, SurfControl plc and The Pensions Service. She
was chief executive of Softwright Systems Limited between 1984 and 1997, having
formerly worked for FI Group (now Xansa Group plc) and IBM.


A statement under paragraph 16.4 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing
Authority will be made in respect of Jane Tozer's appointment in due course.
