Directorate changes



As reported in the Company's preliminary statement of results released earlier
today, Gerry Grimstone and Dr Bruce Farmer have announced their intention to
stand down from the Board from the conclusion of the Company's annual general
meeting on 30 July 2007 ('the AGM').

Anthony Townsend will take over as Chairman of the Company with effect from the
close of the AGM.  Franz Leibenfrost will be the Senior Independent Director.

The Board is pleased to announce that Andrew Adcock and Mark White will be
appointed as non-executive directors of the Company with effect from the close
of the AGM.  Mr Adcock is vice chairman of Citigroup Corporate Broking with more
than 30 years of City experience and Mr White is a very experienced fund manager
who was joint head of JPMorgan Asset Management in Europe.

No information is required to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
