Loan Facility

The Company announces that it has renewed its £50,000,000 multi-currency unsecured revolving credit facility with The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited (London Branch) through a combination of a £35,000,000 commitment and the option of a further £15,000,000. This one-year facility will continue to be used by the Company for the purpose of pursuing its investment objective.
