James Clifton, Chief Executive Officer, is a director of Balloon Dog Limited and was previously a director of Krow Agency Ltd until 24 December 2019.

Julian Hanson-Smith, Chair, was a director of Engage Group Holdings Limited (formerly Oval (2111) Limited) until 20 May 2014.

Giles Lee, Chief Financial Officer, was a director of Blue Sky Design & Print Limited until 1 January 2013, and Blue Sky (UK) Limited until 9 November 2010. The disclosure in the 6 March 2013 announcement of the then current directorship of Blue Sky Design Active & Print Limited and former directorship of Blue Sky Limited was incorrect.

Mark Lund, Non-Executive Director, was a director of Trigger Social Limited until 31 January 2020.
