EBT Share Dealing

The MISSION Group plc (AIM: TMG), creator of  Work That Counts  comprising a network of 17 Agencies delivering real, sustainable growth for its Clients , announces that it was informed by the Trustee of The Mission Marketing Group Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") on 5^th August 2022 that the EBT acquired 24,790 shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 60.50 pence per share, on 5^th August 2022.

Following this purchase of shares by the EBT, a total of 1,369,188 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.5% of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
