Appointment of non-executive Director
The Board announces that Selina Sagayam will be appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 March 2023.
Ms Sagayam brings deep corporate finance and legal experience from her employment at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher where she is a leader of the firm's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Practice and a Partner in their Corporate Group. She also has extensive experience as a mergers & acquisitions, financial services and regulatory law adviser.
Ms Sagayam has previously been a Non-executive Director of Hastings Group Holdings PLC and was seconded as Secretary to the UK Panel on Takeovers and Mergers.
Ms Sagayam chairs Gibson Dunn's UK Diversity & Inclusion Committee and sits on its Global Diversity Committee. She is a trustee of the charity Refuge (and chair of its People, Nomination and Remuneration Committee) and is also a member of the board of the Corporate Finance Faculty of the ICAEW.

The Investment Manager to TRIG is InfraRed Capital Partners Limited ("InfraRed") which has successfully invested in infrastructure projects since 1997.
