Messrs Roderick Kent and Colin Keogh were appointed yesterday as executive
directors of the Company, becoming Chairman and Chief Executive respectively.
Resignations taking effect yesterday have been received from Michael Bower,
Christopher Davidge, Glen Moreno, John Padovan, William Salomon, Anthony
Townsend and Jo Welman.
