Rensburg Sheppards plc ('the Company')
Directorate change
The board today announces that Nicholas Bagshawe is to retire from the Company
as an executive director and also as an employee of the Rensburg Sheppards group
on 31 March 2007. Nick, who is 61, has enjoyed a long and successful career in
the City having started as an investment analyst. From 1980 to date, Nick has
been directly involved in portfolio management, initially with Kitcat & Aitken
and then subsequently with Henderson Crosthwaite, Carr Sheppards Crosthwaite ('
CSC') and finally, from May 2005, with Rensburg Sheppards following CSC's
acquisition by Rensburg.
Mike Burns, Chief Executive of Rensburg Sheppards said "Nick has made an
important contribution to the successful merger of CSC and Rensburg and he
leaves with our very best wishes for a long and happy retirement."
