Revolution confirms that the Annual Report & Accounts of Revolution for the 52 weeks ended 2 July 2022 (the "2022 Annual Report & Accounts") and the Circular to shareholders containing the notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting (the "2022 AGM Circular & Notice") will be available shortly on the Company's website at https://www.revolutionbarsgroup.com/investors/ shareholder centre . Hard copies of the 2022 Annual Report & Accounts and the 2022 AGM Circular & Notice have been posted to those shareholders who elected to receive them.
The 2022 Annual General Meeting will take place at 9.30 am on Friday, 2 December 2022 at the Revolution Bar, 140-144 Leadenhall Street London EC3V 4QT.
