would like to notify the market of the following:



Rensburg Sheppards plc's capital consists of 43,881,382 ordinary shares with
voting rights.  Rensburg Sheppards plc does not hold any shares in Treasury.



Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Rensburg Sheppards plc is
43,881,382.



The above figure of 43,881,382 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Rensburg Sheppards plc
under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
