Notice is hereby given that the Issuer, The Wrekin Housing Group Limited, has entered into discussions around a potential legal partnership with The Housing Plus Group Limited. Any partnership will focus on the sustainable long-term provision of housing and care services across Telford & Wrekin, Shropshire and Staffordshire.

Wrekin Housing Group is registered as a charitable community benefit society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Society Act 2014 with registered number 8067 and as a registered provider with the Social Housing Regulator with registered number LH4220.

Housing Plus Group is registered as a charitable community benefit society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Society Act 2014 with registered number 30224R and as a registered provider with the Social Housing Regulator with registered number L4491.
