THE EVOLUTION GROUP PLC
Exercise of options and additional issue of shares
The Evolution Group Plc (the 'Company') has applied for 91,985 ordinary shares
of 1p each to be admitted to trading on AIM following the valid exercise of
options granted under the Company's executive share option scheme.
In addition, the Company has applied for 150,000 ordinary shares of 1p each to
be admitted to trading on AIM pursuant to the agreement entered into between
the Company and Stephen Lewis for consultancy services.
These new ordinary shares have been allotted and will rank pari passu in all
respects with the existing ordinary shares. Admission is expected to become
effective at 8.00 a.m. on 10 August 2001.
