Evolution Group plc ("the Company") announces that pursuant to the issue of
shares under The Evolution Group Plc Loyalty Bonus (Enhanced), The Evolution
Group Plc Executive Share Option Scheme 2000, the Ex Beeson Gregory Group Plc
Index Scheme 2000, and an individual share option agreement dated 14 December
2000, it has allotted 643,251 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company. These
shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares
in the Company. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these
shares to be quoted on AIM and it is expected that dealings will commence on
Tuesday 21 January 2003.
