The Evolution Group plc
The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it has applied for
listing of 14,712,909 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company, being those
shares issued in respect of acceptances by former Beeson Gregory Group Plc
shareholders following the offer for Beeson Gregory Group Plc being declared
wholly unconditional on 11 July 2002. These shares rank pari passu in all
respects with the existing issued ordinary shares in the Company. Application
has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be quoted on AIM
and it is expected that dealings will commence on Friday 6 June 2003. The total
number of ordinary shares which will now be in issue is 242,107,648.
