The Evolution Group Plc
The Evolution Group Plc ("the Company") announces that on 1 April 2004 it
received an application to allot 119,402 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the
Company in respect of an exercise of option under the terms of the Evolution
Group plc Executive Share Incentive Scheme 2000. These shares, which were
allotted on 5 April 2004, rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
issued ordinary shares in the Company. Application will be made to the UK
Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be
admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main
Market for listed securities and it is expected that dealings will commence on
Wednesday 14 April 2004.
