The Evolution Group Plc announces that an application has today been made to the
UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the admission to the
Official List of a block listing of 1,200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in The
Evolution Group PLC. These shares, which rank pari passu with the existing
ordinay shares of 1p in issue, will be allotted from time to time in accordance
with the allotment of Matching and Free shares under The Evolution Group PLC
2003 Share Incentive Plan.

It is expected that permission will be granted for admission on 27 December 2007
and that admission will become effective on 28 December 2007
