Evolution Group Plc
The Evolution Group Plc ("the Company") announces that it has made a block
listing application for a total of 17,020,796 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the
Company. The block admission relates to Ordinary Shares which could be issued as
follows:
1. 177,000 Ordinary Shares under Ex Beeson Gregory Group plc Executive
Share Incentive Scheme 2000.
2. 5,117,498 Ordinary Shares under The Evolution Group plc Executive
Share Option Scheme 2000.
3. 3,913,798 Ordinary Shares under The Evolution Group plc Executive
Share Option Scheme 2001.
4. 7,812,500 Ordinary Shares under The Evolution Group plc Executive
Share Option Scheme 2002.
Application has been made to the UK listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for the shares to be admitted to Listing and it is expected that
permission will be granted for admission from 2 November 2005.
