The Board of EVC Christows Plc announces that Duncan Abbot, CEO, has left the
Company and is no longer a Director with immediate effect. He will be
succeeded as CEO by Alex Snow, currently the Company's Managing Director of
Capital Markets.
Commenting on the senior management changes, EVC Christows' Chairman, Oliver
Vaughan, said:
'Alex has the vision, the expertise and the commitment to build EVC Christows
into a 21st Century Investment Business. Alex and his team's brief is to
shape this newly merged group into a company that is capable of providing
access to capital across the entire life cycle of advanced technology and high
growth businesses. He will lead EVC Christows to deliver maximum value to our
shareholders over the long-term.'
