     Notification of Transactions of Directors and Directors' Shareholdings

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification
today that Martin Gray, Chairman, bought 4,142 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
capital of the Company ("Shares") on 14 September 2006 at a price of 141.99
pence per share. This brings Martin Gray's total holding to 12,000 Shares
representing approximately 0.005% of the Company's issued share capital
