The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification 
yesterday that the Chairman of the Company, Martin Gray purchased 3,000 
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") on 17 April 2007 at a 
price of 154.4 pence per share.  This brings Martin Gray's total holding to 
15,000 Shares representing 0.007% of the Company's issued share capital.

The notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with
DTR 3.1.4( R)(1)(a) and DTR 3.1.4(R)(1)(b).
