Notification of Transactions of Directors and Directors' Shareholdings
The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification
today that Andrew Umbers, an executive director, bought 100,000 ordinary shares
of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") on 18 September 2006 at a
price of 149.8315 pence per share. This brings Andrew Umbers' total holding to
100,000 Shares representing approximately 0.04% of the Company's issued share
capital.
The Company also announces that Mr Umbers was granted an award today over
100,000 Shares under the Company's Executive Share Incentive Plan matching the
shares acquired by Mr Umbers on 18 September 2009. The award will vest subject
to continued employment to 18th September 2009 and to retention by Mr Umbers of
the 100,000 Shares acquired on 18 September 2006. No consideration is payable
for the grant of the award and nominal consideration will be payable on vesting.
