Sanne Trustee Company UK Limited as trustee of The Evolution Group Plc Employee
Share Incentive Plan Trust.


The Evolution Group Plc ("Evolution" or the "Company"), the investment bank and
retail fund management group, announces that Sanne Trustee Company UK Limited
(the "Trustee") in its capacity as the trustee of The Evolution Group Plc
Employee Share Incentive Plan Trust (the "Plan") on 5 November 2007 purchased
21,749 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price
of 105.50 pence per share and that Evolution has today issued 20,827 Ordinary
shares of 1p each credited as fully paid at 110.00 pence per share to the
Trustee as "matching shares" under the terms of the Plan.

The Trustee holds the shares as Nominee for the participants of the Plan.

The total purchase and issue for the Plan included the following shares in
respect of certain of its directors:
