The Evolution Group PLC (the "Company") announces that it has received confirmation from Mr Peter Gibbs a Non executive Director of the Company and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee that he has today purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("ordinary shares") for his own account.

The shares were registered in the name of HSBC Nominees Limited 

Account MLPF&S  at an average price of £1.027 per share. Following this acquisition Mr Peter Gibbs holds 100,000 ordinary shares representing 0.044% of the issued share capital of the Company.  

This notification relates to disclosures made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4(R)(1)(a).
