     Notification of Transactions of Directors and Directors' Shareholdings

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification
today that Mark Nicholls, a non-executive director, bought 20,000 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") on 24 November 2006
at a price of 118.25 pence per share. This brings Mark Nicholls' total holding
to 20,000 Shares representing approximately 0.009% of the Company's issued 
share capital.
