The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification
on 23 March 2006 that Lord MacLaurin of Knebworth, Non-Executive Director,
bought 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company
("Shares") on 23 March 2006 at a price of 169.50 pence per share. This brings
Lord MacLaurin's total holding to 25,000 Shares representing approximately
0.0109% of the Company's issued share capital
