Notification of Transactions of Directors and Directors' Shareholdings

AMENDMENT

Further to Announcement 0450A made on 11 July 2007, the final paragraph should
read as follows:

"Each of the Directors is a member of the class of discretionary beneficiaries
of the Trust and is consequently taken to have an interest in all the shares
held in the Trust. As at 10 July 2007, and following the transactions mentioned
above, the Trust holds a total of 13,550,416 ordinary shares in the capital of
the Company, representing approximately 6,109% of the Company's issued share
capital."
