Grant of options
The remuneration committee of The Evolution Group Plc ('the Company') has
today granted options over ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') to
the following directors pursuant to the rules of The Evolution Group Plc
Executive Share Option Scheme:

The above options may be exercised at any time after the third anniversary of
the date of the grant up to the tenth anniversary of the date of grant.
Exercise of the above options is subject to the average closing bid price of
the Company's Ordinary Shares being, for a consecutive 60 day period
following the date of grant, no less than the following prices, whereupon the
percentage of options shown against the price will be exerciseable:

No consideration was paid for the grant of any of the abovementioned options.
