The Evolution Group plc ("the Company") announces that it received notification
today that Mr Oliver Vaughan, non executive director and his wife each purchased
7,029 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 98.2 pence per share on 5
November 2003. This brings his total holding to 399,019 ordinary shares in the
Company representing approximately 0.16% of the issued ordinary share capital of
the Company.
