The Evolution Group Plc
("Evolution Group" or the "Group")
Board change
Evolution Group, the listed investment bank and retail fund management group,
today announces that David Norwood has resigned as a non-executive director of
the Group. David has successfully steered IP2IPO Group plc from its origins
within the Evolution Group to its AIM listing in October 2003. Having now
completed the announcement of IP2IPO's maiden preliminary results, David
considers this to be a natural point to step down from Evolution Group's board.
The Board of Evolution Group would like to thank David for his enormous
contribution both in the creation and the successful building of the Group.
