Evolution Group plc - Board Change
The Board of Evolution Group plc ('Evolution'), the investment banking and asset
management group, announces that Mr Richard Griffiths has today stepped down as
President and Director of the Company.
The Board wishes to record its thanks for the significant contribution he has
made to the creation and growth of the Group over the past five years.
Martin Gray, Chairman of Evolution, commented, "Richard and his team have
created a remarkable corporate success story over the past five years. We
entirely understand his wish to now leave others to develop the business and for
him to further develop his entrepreneurial talents. The Board wishes him well
for the future."
Commenting on his decision, Mr. Griffiths said: 'I am very proud of the business
we have built and the value we have created for shareholders since the Group was
formed in 2001. Following the Board changes made earlier this year, I believe
the time is now right for me to consider new challenges outside the Group."
