today from Cantor Fitzgerald Europe that Cantor Fitzgerald Europe has a revised
notifiable interest in 15,329,711 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company
representing approximately 6.16% of the issued ordinary share capital as at 13
July 2004.
