yesterday from Cantor Fitzgerald Europe that Cantor Fitzgerald Europe has
received notifiable interest in 13,464,905 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the
Company representing approximately 5.42% of the issued ordinary share capital as
at 25 June 2004.
