on 9 September 2004 from Cantor Fitzgerald Europe that Cantor Fitzgerald Europe
has a revised notifiable interest in 14,070,471 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in
the Company representing approximately 5.66% of the issued ordinary share
capital as at 8 September 2004.
