The Evolution Group Plc ("the Company") announces that it received notification
on 4 October 2005 from Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Ltd that Credit
Agricole Cheuvreux International Ltd was interested in 8,496,300 Ordinary Shares
of 1p each in the Company representing approximately 3.82% of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital as at 3 October 2005.
