Rules of an acquisition of voting rights on 28 November 2007 such that Deutsche
Bank AG was at that date interested in 6,707,229 ordinary shares of 1p each in
the Company representing a direct interest in approximately 3.01% of the issued
Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.
