The Evolution Group Plc ("the Company") announces that it received notification
on 10 October 2006 from UBS AG acting through its business group and legal
entities ("UBS Group") that as at 11 October 2006, UBS Group was interested in
10,432,625 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company, representing approximately
4.53% of the issued ordinary share capital and that as at 12 October 2006, UBS
Group was interested in 7,753,977 Ordinary Shares representing approximately
3.37% of the issued ordinary share capital.
